We only charge a $40 service call fee if you do not have the work done. We do free diagnostics on our bench and charge by the half hour when appropriate. Our standard hourly labor is $80 but we always consider the full scope of the work before charging you. We are always fair and consider the circumstances.

That is a difficult question to answer. Every situation is different. Our average repair time is an hour but how your computer responds will decide how long your repair takes.

We provide computer repair and IT Support for Salt Lake City and the Entire Wasatch Front. This would include areas such as Farmington, Centerville, Woods Cross, Bountiful, North Salt Lake, Rose Park, Glendale, Poplar Grove, West Valley, Magna, South Salt Lake, Sugar House, Millcreek, Midvale, Murray, Cottonwoods Height, Sandy, Draper, Kearns, Taylorsville, South Jordan, West Jordan, Riverton, and Lehi.

We do not have a retail store as our business is a Mobile Computer Repair service but we do allow clients to bring their computers to us if its more convenient for them or if we feel like we will need it for longer that a day and you prefer dropping it off rather than having us pick it up.
